I feel kind of stupid here, but has anyone ever had an issue with getting the fuel door to open on a 1993 GSX1100G? The key turns but I can't get it to pop the door and I don't want to twist the key off in the lock. Any suggestions?

Looks like lots of suggestions on Youtube I'll have to try. I've got a feeling this bike has been sitting too long and the fingers holding the cap to the tank aren't moving. -
Mine doesn't pop up either. Try moving the cap once the key is turned - mine pops when I move the cap clockwise a bit.Comment
