The part number that Ed gave you fits all sorts, from a GT185 up to a GS550.

Warning! The part number I listed is for the single caliper master cylinder. I assumed you were in the states since the majority of GSR members are. Your comment above suggest otherwise though. If your bike has dual discs on the front then the master cylinder part number I provided may be the wrong one.

I am in the UK but my 79 gs50 has a single caliper / single disc at the front. I think she came from the states through ireland at some point. thanks for that!
