    Gs750b (1977) vs gs750en ( 1979 )

    Hello guy's,

I got an gs750b from 1977, motorcode 39... and I saw an gs750en motorblock for sale, perfect for spare parts , motorcode 96...
Now I am wondering is there any difference between these 2?
On the looks of it, I would say they are the same.

And does someone know from what year they started doing changes?

    Kind regards

They are essentially the same bike, with wheels, brakes and seat the main differences (all of these will swap in)
    Carb jetting is probably different

750s changed a bit every year, with the E model coming in 78 (77?)
    1978 GS 1000 (since new)
1979 GS 1000 (The Fridge, superbike replica project)
    1978 GS 1000 (parts)
    1981 GS 850 (anyone want a project?)
    1981 GPZ 550 (backroad screamer)
    1970 450 Mk IIID (THUMP!)
    2007 DRz 400S
    1999 ATK 490ES
    1994 DR 350SES

      Allright,

So the motorblock itself is exactly the same.
      carbs aren't attached anymore.

      thanks.
