Carb inlet boots - CV carbs 34mm

I know there is now an aftermarket diaphragm replacement for the cards but did anyone ever find an aftermarket option for the Inlet boots? (Much like the older CV's can use the cheaper Z1 versions from Z1 enterprises).

Do you mean head to carb, as in intake manifolds?

If so then yes, Mikuni makes some, I have the KZ1000 manifolds on my 1000 and I ran BST34SS on them, worked great.

I would rather trust my bike to a technician that reads the service manual than some backyardigan that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix things.

Yes I believe so, I would have to look at mine as the P/N is stamped on them. I will look tonight if I have time. I have seen them cheaper than that also on Ebay.

          look here also https://www.thegsresources.com/_foru...Head&highlight=

I wonder if the 1100 bolt spacing is the same as the 1000. They are both 8v. I'm guessing that is most likely but I'll have a measure.... worse case it looks like the real deal is about $130 a set so not that much more...

I had a look at the manifold on my 1000. Best I could see is what appears to be the last 4 digits is 1036. I would have to pull the carbs to get a better look, and sorry, not going to do that
