    lead paint?

Tried searching the forum and web, couldn't find a clear answer whether Suzuki factory paints contained lead in the 70's. I've been wearing a cloth mask but started wondering if I should take more precautions.
    Thanks

Have no idea if suzuki used lead in the paint..
I use test kits from Lowe's to check for lead on construction projects. They're about $5 per swab, two in a pack. Best to find out for yourself if you're concerned about it.

That turns out to be a good question. I started looking around and it seems while there shouldn't be, seeing as it was being banned in the "first world" before the 80's ,and I'd hope Suzuki was sensitive, it's apparently STILL being used in a few places today...
