    Steering Head Bearings

    I have an 83 gs850gd with 75K on it...the steering head bearings are shot--does anyone know the bearing code for an after-market set of bearings?

      Check with www.bikebandit.com - they should have a listing for the bearings. 8)

                      Are you looking for the All Balls' brand? They do the tapered roller conversion stuff. Just did one on the Nighthawk 450 for the wife, cheap, easy and a much better setup.

                      I got it through the local independent, Tucker/Rocky handles them.
