I'm pretty sure the mount under the engine will be located different. The top two should bolt up.

Kind of hard to tell off hand, but my best advice is wait and watch for a set of GS1100E crash bars on eBay. They do come up quite often and I found mine brand new for around $35.00

I have bought 4 sets of case guards for my 80 GS1100E I was assured 3 cases it would fit. I have yet to find a set. I am beginning to think they are none and there was never any made for this bike (same with aftermarket seats) luckily I was able to sell them on ebay for what I bought it for.

If a bike has a 4 into 1 exhaust, I thought that you didn't have the clearance for a center stand. :?
My misunderstanding or is it different with every exhaust
