No. Wiring harness is fried, and a few other items need replacing. Motor is in good shape mechanically, just looks bad due to being left outside for 6+ years.

there is quite a bit of parts available for you bike in the "parts for sale" section of the forum. give a look! good luck and most of all, enjoy doing it.
