    Head Torque specs what order???

    Hi
I have a 83550es and I was wondering is there any special order to torque the head nuts down. I know the torque spec but I don't know if there is an order. Please help me out with this thanks

Yes, there is an order, I can't give you the exact order, as I don't have a 550, but the basic premise is to start at the center and work out, crossing the center as you go. So front left middle, then back right middle, then back left middle, then front right middle, back left next furthest out, front right next furthest out, etc.

Also, torque the bolts down in small increments of a couple of pounds. Do not do it in one round of full torque value. Repeat the pattern four or five times, slowly bringing everything up to spec torque.
