Fork Seals...how long to seat?

oh-yeah, I almost forgot....when i picked the forks up I asked about the bushings and they said they looked fine.

Well, I didn't actually put the seals in....I had a locqal shop do it for me. I usually do my own work, but I was running short on time and just took the forks to the shop. That is waht happens when you let others do the work :?

Now I'm scared man. I took my bike in to have the fork seals and steering bearings replaced.

Good Luck Detman. Now to top it all off....it appears that "local reputable shop" has gone out of business. nice..........
