    does anyone know the front axle bearing size on a 1980 gs850L? thanks, bill

      Bill I have a stock set of 850g rims in the shop I will look at the wheel bearing.no . tomorrow it should be the same.

              Front wheel bearings

              I have an 1980 also and replaced them with #63022RS bearings. Go to an industrial supply or bearing shop to buy. Much cheaper than a dealer. Best of luck.
