    Suzuki Heads?

    I was wondering if anyone would know if a 86 suzuki gs550 head would fit on a 79 gs550 motor? Thank you !

      No, it will not fit. For all practical purposes they are totally different engines.

          even if it is not a tscc model. They look almosy exactly the same.

              I checked 3 sources and the TSCC Engine was the only 550 engine offered in '86. It won't work.

              Where are you? There is a guy in Texas with a complete '80 550 engine with only 6500 miles on it for $75. Go to the Parts For Sale Section.
