    Cracked Radiator

    Anyway to do a fast patch on a cracked radiator ?
    I've tried epoxy patching, but I think the heat is too much and it failed too.

    I'm open to any opinions.
    My last resort is a new radiator, but I'm hopin for a less costly solution.

      WHat type of GS do you have with a radiator? Maybe a GT Water buffalo? I don't think you'll find a quick fix for a radiator. JB Weld seems to hold up in muffler applications but I don't know aboout the radiator end of things. Maybe a local shop can weld, heli arc or braze it for you depending on material made of.

              It's not for a cycle...it's automotive.
              I tried the JB Weld...maybe I made the patch too thin...but it failed.
              I might try doin it again with a thicker patch next time and see how it goes.

                  Other than a bottle of Stop-leak, the only way is to get some acid-core solder, a propane torch, and remove the radiator and repair.
