no title. only bill of sale

Just contact International Title Service and they will get you set up to get a title in your state using the bill of sale. It takes a few weeks but is a pretty easy thing.

And check your local laws... I'm pretty sure GA doesn't require a title for 1983 or older vehicles so LA might have a similar exemption.
