does it still smoke.did you just replace valve stem seals
mines stripped down .i think inlets side fine
exhaust valve stems measure 6.94 to 6.96 so that seams ok
guides as i said before not so easy to measure
1st a 7mm drill fits easy (max tolerence in book 7.10)
so i thought if i could force something down hole then measure it
so what ithought, tried carrot and blue tack but not sure if accurate got reading from same guide 7.22 to 7.30 if these are right ive got to much slack
yes i know it sounds maaaad i'll try any thing maybe a spud next

so if i do change ,looking in haynes manual it states put head in oven 150c then drift them out ..has any one done this? did it work whats it like getting new ones in .
do they need reaming (why ream
