Anybody got a pic of what bad points look like?
It doesn't have to be model specific, I'm just new to the whole points arena and need an idea of when to know they're shot.Tags: None -
If the mating surfaces have any pits or high spots or if they dont meet precisely flat, they should be replaced. Sanding them will work for a brief time if youre in a pinch as in stranded somewhere, but other than that, dont bother. New ones are only about $8 a set. (You need a right and a left set)

Take a good look at them. If they look like points, they are bad.
