Excellent point, and I apologize for not mentioning it.Originally posted by axelCarefull Ron, some foams deteriorate when exposed to gasoline vapors.

Before using the foam put a piece of it in some gasoline and then check for any deterioration. The foam I have had no reaction to gasoline.

A good rule of thumb with rejetting carbs to suit pods is to up your jets by about 50, so if your jet size is 112.5 go to 160, this should get you started.
You'll still have to fine tune though.

With the K&N filters they used 116 main jets instead of the 102.5 stock ones, after about 4 or 5 runs on the dyno, it was professionally tuned by a shop who tunes race bikes and it runs great and has tan plugs.Originally posted by JDA good rule of thumb with rejetting carbs to suit pods is to up your jets by about 50, so if your jet size is 112.5 go to 160, this should get you started.
