1983 GS1100Gl Manual . . .

I have a 1983 GS1100GL and am in need of a manual. I have the opportunity to get a factory shop manual for a 1982 model. Will the 1 year variance make much of a difference?

Very little difference. Cosmetically they're different. Mechanically, most probably not.

They didn't seem to have a Suzuki 8-valve GS1100 manual (round cam end caps), which is what the GS1100GL's are equipped with, but they may someday :-)
