Coils alone could be mild improvement to great improvment. It all depends on the condition of the coils on your bike. The Dyna 2000 with any good coil should help wake just about any GS up.Comment

accel coils
I have a 78 gs 550 the #2&3 cylinders not firing points are new and the coil is leaking brown !$@%# out of it the bike is jetted and has free flowing exhaust. The stock coils go for big bucks this is a cafe racer project that started last year accel offers the super coil kit it looks good and the price is right any input would be great
