Stop light on all the time

I disconnected both switches thinking it was one of them but to no avail (and yep i lost the little spring in the front switch) Anyhow ,its still on full time ,any clues for me. Thanks

You dicconnected both switches and the wires are seperated? Hmmm. Take your light out and see if the the two connections for the bulb have melted together.
