Help with wheel fitment...(I searched)

I searched and could not find the answer....I know that does not mean it is not there.

Will the Mag wheels from a 85 gs550 fit my 1980 gs550. Do the sproket inserts switch over? I am looking at a set on ebay, and I would just like to know for sure before I get them coming. Will my single discs bolt up? Front and back...I know this is a lot, trust me I am still looking, but i only have like 22 hours left.

It's probably not a mod. that's been done a huge number of times.

Chances are it will bolt right up. I went through this dilema years ago when I was bolting on GSXR parts. It was the early '90s and I didn't have a computer yet and site's like this didn't exist. I just had to buy the parts and adapt what wouldn't bolt on directly.

Thanks for the info, I guess I will give it a try, since The wheels are so cheap.
