    Pingel versus Stock Petcock

OK, I'm stupid, let's just get that out of the way! My petcock is leaking on my new 78 GS1000. The engine is bored and ported with Mikuni 33 smoothbores. Will a stock OEM petcock be sufficient to feed the carbs or would it require a high flow pingel. Since the petcock on the bike doesn't look like the one in the Bike Bandit fische, I'm not sure if it is stock or not.

Any help or comments are appreciated.

I'm running the same carbs on my 1100. I also use the Pingel petcock but I believe the stock petcock will flow enough.
