And on the seventh day, after resting from all that he had done,God went for a ride on his GS!
Upon seeing that it was good, he went out again on his ZX14! But just a little bit faster!

Yea, it was a bear. By just "eyeballing" the pipes, it didn't even look that bad, but I mean to tell you, it just WOULD NOT slip into that hole!! I just got the old dremel out and clean up all around the edges, and it finally slipped in. I used some bearing grease to hold the new gaskets in, luckily, I didn't have any of them slip out during the tug of war with the pipes!!! You could probably get by with a file if you don't have a dremel handy, but like I said, I needed it for the can too! Isn't working on these old bikes fun!!! :-DComment

Yeah I was hesitant to dremmel mine because it really looks like it would make for a lot of dremmeling. I was going to try to find one of those pipe expansion cone deals... we'll see when I finally get to the point of putting it back on again

It really didn't take alot of trimming, I think looks are deceiving! If it's off more than what you can shave with a file or dremel tool, I think you're going to be in some big trouble, and maybe even risk an exhaust leak! Pretty rediculous to pay 300 bucks for an exhaust, and they can't even make it right!!!Comment
