I added a vintage 1/4 fairing to my 1100. It's a big job, but can be done. There is no fairing that will fit over the large 8" GS headlight assembly. I swapped the original for a 7" headlight off a Yamaha Virago for a more proper fit. If you search in the appearence section you will find a post on exactly how I mounted the fairing.

OK, does the 1150 fairing fit over a GS1100E 8" headlight AND bucket?? You need a true 9" opening for the headlight to fit inside the opening.

The 1150 has a big hole for the headlight, measures 204mm, just the light the opening is larger.

That and the headlight is part of the fairing frame

If you just want a windshield to keep the breeze off I recommend this one:

                    http://www.denniskirk.com/jsp/produc...d=40502&mmyId=

I have one on my GS850G. It keeps the wind off my chest on the highway but doesn't cover the bike.

One of the coolest things here, is the major influx of ideas from other GSR's.\\/
