    GS 1000 - Slight oil leak at the rocker box area

    I have a slight oil leak at the rocker box gasket area on my 1980 GS 1000. Does any body know what causes this? Is it a hard fix? Thanks.

      Replace the gasket, it's easy...

      you probably need to adjust the valves anyway.

          mine to

          I think its the half round rubber piece thats leaking on mine. They are behind the chrome caps but mine not leaking enough for me to bother with.

              Ya this one doesn't leak all that bad either but I have someone working on it now. Thanks for your help guys.
