      When I was growing up in Ohio the local joke was to take the young kids out on a snipe hunt. It was a joke. Now you give a link saying that they're for real? Am I getting punk'd again????????

            Click on the word SNIPE. I know that it is often brought up as a 'fun event', so I was a bit surprised myself to find that there really is such a bird. 8-[

              I did click on the link and you can imagine my suprise.:shock:
              I took my wifes grandaughter on a snipe hunt and told her afterward they weren't for real. Now I have to tell her the truth
