Its Working
I bridged the blue/black to black, and the green/black to green like SPARKSS suggested. But I put the stock flasher in one loop and the automotive flasher I bought in the other. This made the turn signals work normally except I had to hold the switch in one position or the other. It would always return to center breaking the circuit. So I took the switch apart and removed the return spring inside. Now its working like it should but I have to manually return the switch to off. Something I can definitely live with more that $300 for the controller.
