need to know stock carb jet# for 83 gs70e

Hello all i have a 83 gs750e and it has been rejetted because of filters and 4to1 ex. The only problem is i think its jetted to fat, because with airfilters on it chockes up in 3rd at 4500rpms when you give more throttle. So as it happens i just back off the throttle but i know its not running right so i figured i can drop the jets a little. In 1st and most of the time 2nd gear perform verywell trough all rpms, also if i take off my air filters it rides like a drag bike...lol

Maybe try dropping the needles a notch or 2 if they are adjustable.
But first make sure the filters are clean and not over oiled.
