Electric start problem

I love having electric start, especially when the bike is being tempermental, but why did they have to completely eliminate the kick start? I forget what bike it was, but a friend of mine had one that was electric start, but the shaft for the kickstarter was still there and the kickstarter itself was in a neat little cubbyhole, ready if you needed it. THAT was a smart idea.

Too bad our non-kick bikes can't be converted to both.

Clymer says...

My Clymer manual says the main fuse should be 15 amps...does it make that much nevermind?

I asked my buddy, who has a GS450, and found out that there is only one 10amp fuse for the whole bike. I'm sorry if I misled you earlier.

I'll give myself a BSOD now.
