You can always use one of the on-line parts listings and check part numbers back and forth between the different years. http://www.alpha-sports.com/suzuki_parts.htm

What in particular are you trying to figure out?

The MAJOR differences(which are minor) are a 25 mil left end on the crank & smaller inner diameter on the charging rotor to fit the small left end crank. (Same as early 82s.) 20 bolt valve cover on the 80 & 81 versus 24 bolt on the 82 & 83. Crank wasn't welded on the early small end cranks even into 82. The cylinders & cases & heads & most every part is interchangable in the GS 1100 16 valvers & a LOT of 1150 parts interchange also. You can also VERY easily install air cooled GSXR heads on GS motors! Ray.
