Disconnect the wires coming out of the coils to the electronic ignition. Then using a test wire, connect one very briefly to battery negative. Just very quickly brush it against the post. At the moment the connection breaks, you should get a spark.
If you do, then there is something wrong with your electronic ignition. Could be something as simple as the wiring to it, the wiring to ground from it, or it could the ignition itself. I believe they also need 12 volts supplied to them separately, so it could be that as well. I'm not familiar with the detailed wiring for your model, so can't help you further there. But bottom line is that the electronic ignition should be opening and grounding those two leads coming out of the coil, and it is the opening that gives you your spark. No opening and grounding and opening, etc . . . no spark.
