I assume you are talking about the ignition SWITCH, not the ignition proper which is the system which provides spark to the engine.
Not sure what to suggest other than spraying some lube into the switch and jiggling the key around. Not sure it would matter but make sure the steering lock is not binding due to too much weight on the lock itself.

Did you try having someone sit on the bike and remove any weight from the front and wiggle the front and at the same time have your partner try to get the ignition out of "park" while pushing in on the ignition switch?. If you already pryed it and ruined it I don't know what to tell you. :?Comment
