Valves too tight?

i checked my valves, they are tighter than spec. how should it run when like this? i will adjust asap.

That's normal with these bikes - the valves tend to tighten with use, rather than loosen like you would normally expect. Don't let them get too tight for too long or you'll end up burning some valves.

I might mention that when buying shims...always error on the side of too much as in time, they'll last through a longer tolerance span. Did that make any sence? 8-[
