I don't know what sort of "pivot shaft" you're working on, but will assume first (also guessing that it's on a Suzuki bike) that it's metric and offer the following. If you have only SAE inch measurement allen wrenches, split the difference to find the small size (between the go-no go size....go to nearest metric size). For the larger size you can use common metric hex-head cap screws to gauge the size needed (use the hex head.....either as a gauge.....or sometimes a wrench can be made out of same).Originally posted by mortation View PostAnyone know what size allen wrench I need for this?? Some ball park sizes would help me assist you more.......metric allen wrenches are pretty cheap and are a good gauge - even if you end up then buying a square drive "bit" to put some real torque into the job.

"Pivot shaft", where? What bike?
