Float Level on 79 GS750L

Hi guys,

I have purchased two manuals both online and in the mail. I can't seem to find a 79 GS750L factory manual. I am rebuilding the carbs and need to know the float level. I have a factory manual from a 76 GS750.

Does anyone know if the float levels are the same on a 76 and a 79 GS750L?

All 750 8 valve engines have the same VM carbs, so consequently, the float level height would be the same spec.

On my 79 750E, I found 23-24 mm worked the best for me.
