the concensus is that its best to have all three - haynes, clymers, factory :-D as they complement each other
if you dont have any, then yes, go for it, its complete enough for most jobsComment

A lot of manuals will have a supplement in the back for 'special' models - eg: Katana, GK etc.
At the end of the day, this site (and the guys here) will help you with any gaps that the manual may have.Comment
