    might be a dumb question

i have CV carbs on my 82 gs1100g.. and i got looking at some carb pics today, and noticed that the cv carbs in the pics had air screws... mine are solid, no screw, just a peice of brass. is that normal?

Should be a screw under a small round aluminum cover.

American carbs from 1980 up are sealed.
I got a set for my 83 1100E from Canada that have open exposed air screws. (up on top easy to get to!)
