18-8 Stainless Steel NAS 620 Flat Washer 4 Sz, No. C4, .115" ID, .209" OD, .029"-.035" Thk
As you'll note, the ID is just a tad -- just a MITE -- small, by 0.08mm. The slightly greater thickness is inconsequential, and the OD looks perfect.
I had to order a huge number of these, enough to last probably forever.
What's a good way to enlarge a tiny washer by a tiny amount?
The good news is, people won't have to shell out for a rebuild kit + shipping if / when they lose one or two of these. I'm thinking a dollar per set of 4 + a stamp. Sound fair? At least until they pay themselves off, which could be a long, long time...
I did find some that were sized just right, but they were 43 cents a copy and the minimum order was 500. No thanks...
