Are totally clean plugs a bad thing after a couple weeks use?

Working on a completely stock '79 GS850. The bike runs well. I put new spark plugs in a little over two weeks ago and today I thought I'd pull them out to see what they look like to get a general idea of how things are burning. All four look like brand spanking new, bright white insulator, some grayish on the side electrode. Seems like there ought to be at least a little tan or brown somewhere. This says to me that it's running too lean no?

Carbs recently dipped and rebuilt with new o-rings, installed and vacuum synched. Has the stock #15 pilot jet and 102.5 main jet. Fuel screws about 3/4 turn and air screws 1 1/2. I went through the airbox and sealed it, new airbox to carb boots and new carb to engine boots and o-rings. New suzuki air filter. I'm worried that I might damage it running it too lean. What could be the problem here that's affecting all cylinders? Would going to 1 or 1 1/4 or more on the pilot fuel screws be advisable to try and richen it up a bit??

That does sound like it's a bit lean. Maybe go with 1 turn out on the fuel screws and try it again.

Were you riding it 10 mph, or 110?

      Which carburetor circuit?

Just average all around riding. Around 55-60mph and some slower speeds through town. A mix of ranges but mostly lower or middle so pilot and needle jet circuits I guess. Seems like I should have some sort of color by now,...any color besides clean bright white. I wasn't trying to do plug chops.

It must be our air up here. I can't seem to get any color on my plugs either.
