Connecting Rod frozen at crankshaft... Any way to un-freeze or remove w/o splitting

Well he could ride it with one hand on the clutch as long as he knows that at any second it WILL lock up!
but with watching out for vehicles, the road, birds, animals, ect. you've got to
ask yourself one question... do you feel lucky, well do ya?
