Throttle cables for Superbike bars, GS 750E...

Best size throttle cables, GS 750 with superbike bars...
1978 model with VM carbs... for now.
What fits the best, GS 550 cables? 1000S cables? Something else?
    What have you guys used?
Any one have a list of the different lengths for the different models?
    Thanks!

    I'd think a "79" GS 1000 S, they had VM's, I think the "80" models had CV's

The 1000S clutch cable fit perfectly on my Euro bars so the throttle cable length must be about right too....

When I replaced the cables on my '79 GS1000 with sport bars I ordered the stock Suzuki "S" cables. They were about 4" - 4 1/2" shorter than the original cables and made for a much cleaner installation. Check with your favorite on-line supplier for availability. They weren't that expensive and should work with no problems on your 750.
