1981 GS750E wiring help: Ignition switch wire decode please

My new FZR front end came with a better ignition switch...so I would like to use it instead. Yamaha uses a generic 3-wire setup that's easy as pie to setup...actually makes it possible to steal an MKI R6 in about 2 minutes if the triple is unlocked which is sad...but anyway...I'm needing to know what each of the four GS750 wires are so I can set this up right.

    Thanks in advance!!

Ok we'll get a little more advanced here

Yamaha has three wires: A, B, and C. Power is supplied from A. Ignition switch on, B and C are powered.

    Here's the zooki wiring:

Which of those wires is actually supposed to be hot all the time? I may end up just running a seperate toggle and use the key to turn on power to the coils.

The brown wire just controls the tail light for "park". The orange and red break the fuse block and the green lights the speedo, tach and fuel guage lights.

It's really as simple as Chef says. The witch only interrupts power from the main fuse back to the fuse block again, the brown is for parking lights and can be ignored if you don't use the P-Lights for anything.,

That's what I did...just pulled the brown and powered the other two. Works great.
