    Irregular spark???????

so i found that the gasoline was somehow mixed with the oil and i drained it and changed the oil filter it runs fine now BUT the starter something or whatever that produces the spark is irregular and i have a hard time starting it because of it. is there another way to start the bike or do i just need to replace the part?

    Hi,

Have you looked at the spark?

A faulty petcock combined with faulty float needle seal will cause gas to get into your oil. Have you addressed those issues yet? In other words, a new petcock and a complete carb clean and rebuild.

    Thank you for your indulgence,

Listen to Cliff, he is a wise man. Also, sounds like you need new plugs.

Ouch! I hate when that happens. Igniters are not cheap. How's it going?

Dyna S kit is about $120 at Z1 Enterprises. I don't think they list your model on the application chart but a few members around here have fit them. Doing a search should uncover some pertinent information.
