That looks about right, the CV equipped engines run lean from the factory, that's about what yours look like. Why not do a series of plug chops, then you will know for sure.

I will do chops for sure need to solve the leaky exhaust issue first.

That link is great not sure why my search never pulled it up, maybe I was tired?

So it seems it is safe to ride my bike till I get the other issues sorted?

It doesn't even have a thread of heat so It's not lean. You will have to have a go at the throttle to really get a good reading though.
