    Taillight bulb size?

Can anyone tell me what size bulb to get for my taillight and where to get one for my 1981 Suzuki GS550T? Thanks

Yeah it's about an inch or so long.

    j/k

I think it's a 12V 21/5W double filament the same as a car brake / taillight. I could be wrong but someone else will chime in. It's been a while since I had to change one.

Any auto parts store or service station should have one.

      Hi,

The parts fiches says it a 12v 23w/8w bulb. I believe that makes it a 1034.

      Thank you for your indulgence,

a standard 1157 does the job. but excuse me, but you could have removed four little screws and found that easy.

Actually, don't the 550s only have the two screws on the back?

I'm really NOT that lazy. The bulb is so old I couldn't read anything on it.
