    1984 GS 700 e

Great bike in very good condition, four new directionals, less than 26,000 miles original; second owner. What is this bike worth??? Who better to ask?? Thanks.
PS runs great just has that bad petcok gas leak I guess. Carb has been redone and cleaned. White and red bike...

My guess is about $1000 unless it's really clean.

Also, just so you know, it is an 85. They were a 1 year only bike in the US just before the GSXRs were released here. Ray.

Really? the GS700 was only made in 85? So in 84 it was a 750?

          .....in very good condition.....

Relying on that statement, I'm saying a bit higher, $1200-1300. Pictures would be excellent.......

Do you live somewhere that requires a transfer of title ? If so, does the seller have it in their name and able to transfer to you ?

            your right it's a 85

It is a 85. I thought I saw 1984 on it somewhere on the frame or fork once; but can't find it now.... Maybe it was made in late 84 who knows?? But yes the pink slip says 1985 and it is a 700 e GS for sure.. And it's my bike.

SO.....are you going to tell us how much you paid, or, do we keep guessing ?

And I'll say it again.....pictures would be nice.
Here's how to post up to four via photobucket.
              Ohhh.......Welcome !!

EDIT:: I guess I should ask, if you just bought it....or....you're wanting to sell it.....

Maybe this is gonna work. Here is maybe a picture of my bike. I have owned it for 20 years. I am the second owner. Not sure if I want to sell or not. Just trying to find out what it might be worth if I did. Thanks for all the help... Nope I don't see a pic...

If you post the "img" link here the photo will show up.

Looks like a $1000 bike to me.

Another one of my 1984 700 E GS

The first pic looks like the bike is faded, it's not. It is however really dirty... I'll have to clean it up and take more later...
