    Engine/crash guard bars

    Does anyone know if these from an '80 1000 would fit the frame for a '79 GS1000S?

      Not possitive. I have a set for sale, in a bit better shape than those, pulled from a 78 or 79 750, that SHOULD fit. Im asking 50 or best offer, so if you're interested, make an offer!

          The ones from the 1000 should work OK but I know from experence that ones for a 750 will not fit a 1000 (been there done that)! I just happen to have an extra set for a 750 myself because of this same idea! You need bars for a 1000 or they wont fit!
