    GS1100G vs GS1100E Carb question

    Hello guys,

I can get really cheap carbs that comes from a 1982 GS1100G, does anyone know what they are ? I want to use them on my GS1100EZ.

The EZ has Mikuni BS34SS, but I cannot find for sure what the G was using.

    Thanks

Carbs bodies are the same but the pressed-in air jet is different between the G and E. I'm not sure how much that matters if you are going to run pods and a header but it might matter more if you are doing a stock restoration.

The main air jet on the intake side is different. This is the jet on the right side and can't be changed.
I've heard people run these 8 valve carbs on the 16 valve and they seemed to run good. I have never done it though.
