SS lines from a 1000 to an 1150?

I've got front SS lines from an '80 1000 that I was going to put on the 1150. Looks like it's a no-go as the fittings don't match at the caliper.

    I'm just SOL here, yeah?

Are you saying you want to sell them?

Well, if I can't use them on my 1150, there's no sense in them just sitting on my shelf.

I'd get some fittings that do work and use the lines. As long as they're the correct length.

Can you do that? I'm totally in the dark here. Would the lines be the same diameter for both?

Peruse this long thread......my contribution is on one of the last pages.

Sure same diameter. Why wouldn't they be ?? It's the length that is the concern but, only if they're too short...if they're too long, just cut them to the correct length.

I figured they'd be different diameters because the 1150 brakes are more substantial than the 1000.

                  Thank you for the link!
