    Choke failure

I just adjusted the float heights to 5,0 mm.Measured with a clear rubber tube. The float heights measured with a caliper is now about 20 mm.
But now cant start her with the choke.Shes dead. She only start if i twist the throttle on the handlebar.

Do you mean the fuel level?

What are the specs for float height? From what I remember the float height for the BS32's should be about 22mm.

the choke port may be clogged, it's only a very tiny hole in front of the butterfly

you also need to confirm that the valve shim clearances are in spec and that there are no leaks in the intake system. previous carbs setting may have compensated for a defect in these areas and now that you adjusted it properly the problem became evident
